Walkabout Resources (ASX:WKT) is an innovative energy minerals developer with a diversified portfolio of prospective assets.

The company is undertaking exploration and development activity across a number of graphite, gold, lead, silver, nickel and zinc projects and licenses globally. Current focus of the Company is on the development of its flagship Lindi Jumbo graphite project in Tanzania.

Around the world, Walkabout Resources is investing in exploration and development activities across a range of commodities that promote sustainability and facilitate decarbonisation pathways.

Walkabout Resources is currently constructing its flagship graphite mine in south-east Tanzania, with first production expected in the second half of 2023. In addition, Walkabout Resources has ownership and joint ventures across numerous licences in Tanzania, Namibia, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Whether it’s for use in the renewables sector, or more traditional global market allocations, Walkabout Resources believe in undertaking an ethically responsible extraction and processing methodology with forward consideration into minimising our impacts from exploration activity, through to closure and reclamation.

Our Projects

Walkabout is constructing the high-grade Lindi Jumbo graphite project in south east Tanzania, taking advantage of ideal forecast market conditions for flake graphite.

In addition, the company is exploring other corners of Tanzania at its Amani rock gold project in the southwest and its Kimoingan graphite project in the northeast. In greater Africa, Walkabout Resources has undertaken extensive exploration activity in Namibia, at its Eureka lithium project.

Expanding Walkabout’s growing global exploration footprint is the company’s gold and base metals portfolio, situated across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
